We retain volunteer and subscriber information only as long as needed to carry out the purposes described in this policy, and we take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We do not store payment card details on our systems — donations are processed securely by our payment provider.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. To do so, email us at bh@care4heroes.org with your name and the email address or phone number you provided. We will confirm and permanently delete your information from our records within 30 days of your request.
